Merit Models' offshore branch was formed to leverage the low-cost production capabilities of offshore suppliers of tooling and large-lot parts. Our goal is to supply U.S. vendors with low-cost, high quality components. We offer our expertise in tooling development and application, parts production, quality control and manufacturing consulting services. Strategic partnerships have been developed with tooling and production firms in mainland China and Hong Kong.

While our headquarters are located in Racine, Wisconsin, to take advantage of a central national location, existing facilities for tooling development and manufacturing and access to a broad customer base, Merit also has an office located in Shanghai, China, which is staffed by tooling engineers and office personnel.
